Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Chasetown, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year + performance bonus

You’ll be leading from the front. Setting the tone, shaping the culture and making sure the home is a place children feel safe, valued and encouraged to grow. It’s about small, meaningful progress every day; supported by reflective practice, clear routines and genuine connection.

Your role will include:

• Leading and developing a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care

• Overseeing all aspects of safeguarding, care planning and compliance

• Embedding trauma-informed approaches that build trust and consistency

• Working closely with professionals, families and the wider network to achieve the best outcomes

• Keeping the home inspection-ready through proactive quality and leadership

What you’ll bring:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it)

• Strong experience managing or deputising in an Ofsted-registered home

• Solid understanding of trauma, attachment and positive behaviour support

• Confident leadership skills and a genuine commitment to child-centred care
