What You’ll Bring

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Proven management experience within residential, family assessment or children’s social care

  • A confident understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation

  • Leadership grounded in empathy, structure and high professional standards

  • The ability to influence, develop and inspire a team

What You’ll Get

  • Salary up to £75,000 per year (depending on experience)

  • Performance-related progression and ongoing professional development

  • Direct, supportive engagement from an experienced Responsible Individual and senior team

  • Comprehensive induction and therapeutic training opportunities

  • Pension, wellbeing support and generous annual leave

  • Genuine scope for career growth as the organisation expands across new sites
