REGISTERED MANAGER
Children’s Residential Care (EBD)
Hayes, Greater London
£55,000 to £65,000pa

You’ll be opening a thoughtfully designed children’s home where the focus is clear from the start; strong relationships, meaningful routines and a team who feel proud of the environment they create together.

This is a 4 bed EBD home forming part of a growing group of residential services across West London, led by an experienced leadership team with over a decade of hands on residential expertise. The organisation is expanding carefully, with new homes opening alongside existing services, creating real opportunity to shape practice and influence the direction of future provision.

The approach is therapeutic, structured and genuinely child centred. Young people are supported to build confidence, independence and life skills through consistent care, education engagement and purposeful activities.

The role

As Registered Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the home’s leadership, culture and quality of care. From registration through to day to day operation, you’ll create an environment where children feel safe, supported and able to make progress, while building a team who feel valued and motivated.
