  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding and SCCIF

  • A values-led approach with clear communication and sound decision-making

  • Full UK manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK

Rewards and development

  • Up to £55,000 base (DOE) + £5,000 annual performance bonus

  • Ofsted outcome bonuses: Good £500 | Good with Outstanding L&M £750 | Outstanding £1,000

  • Monthly bonuses: £200 full occupancy and £50 Reg 44 compliance

  • Protected CPD, face-to-face training and regular reflective practice

  • Pension, Employee Assistance Scheme, refer-a-friend rewards

  • 8 hours’ paid birthday leave and a proper Christmas celebration

  • Clear pathways into multi-site or senior operational roles as services grow

Why this role matters

This is a small home with strong backing, therapeutic scaffolding and leadership that believes in doing things properly, from the first welcome to the daily record.
