Registered Manager

4-bed home | 2 young people already in place | Ofsted-registered
You’ll be taking the reins of a 4-bed EBD/LD home in Solihull; a settled, well-supported service with two young people already placed and an organisation behind it that believes good outcomes come from strong leadership, good systems and the right culture. This isn’t a home starting from scratch. It’s a home that now needs someone with experience, insight and a genuine belief in child-centred practice to shape what comes next.
What makes this role special is the backing you get. Senior leaders are present, knowledgeable and invested. They know the regulatory landscape inside out and they’re looking for a manager who can match that level of professionalism, while also leading with compassion and clarity. You’ll walk into a role where your judgement is trusted and your expertise is respected.

Strong understanding of EBD/LD practice and how to bring staff with you
Leadership that blends empathy, clarity and high expectations
Professional curiosity and an organised, thoughtful approach
Full UK driving licence
What’s on offer
£65,000 TO £70,000 salary depending on experience
Strong senior leadership support with practical, informed guidance
A settled home with young people already part of the routine
