A brand-new 2-bed SEMH service in Chesterfield, designed around emotional wellbeing, mental health awareness and relationship-led care. It sits in a quiet suburban part of Chesterfield and has been created by people who understand that children thrive when the environment, the staff and the ethos all pull in the same direction.
You’ll be joining a team who take pride in doing things properly. They work with young people with SEMH needs and give them consistency, support, structure and patience. Support ratios are 2:1 and 1:1, meaning you’ve always got the space to work thoughtfully and with intention. And yes... the home has a therapy dog with nearly a decade of service under their belt, quietly working their magic alongside the team.
