This is a Senior Residential Support Worker role within a small children’s residential home supporting young people aged 12–17 with emotional and behavioural needs. You will be involved in care planning, risk assessments, reviews and meetings, and work closely with social workers, education and therapeutic services. Accurate recording, safeguarding practice and professional judgement are central to the role.

You will also support the Registered and Deputy Manager and take on additional responsibilities when required.
